I know you heard enough on a daily basis similar to this, but I felt it was important to let you know about the crucial global crisis through the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

It’s important for everyone to do their bit in tackling this global emergency. In many parts of the world, countries are locked down. In some countries, restaurants and malls are locked down and people have to stay home like prisoners.

I know it is hard for everyone, but now is the moment to think differently. Maybe to get started with something that you can do in your own home. I am thinking e.g. on doing something like yoga or some cardio exercises in your home. You know the problem with staying at home can be something that gets us too static and we move less.

We are in this society anyhow without much movement and staying the whole day at home can be worth to our personal health. Our body is not used or made for sitting. Our body is the same as our ancestors had to move around.

But our corporate system does not help us much to move. We are sitting on our computer at work, sitting when commuting to work and to home or sitting in public transportation. When coming home we are sitting with our kids most of the time in front of our TV.

So why not do something different, the gyms in many places are closed because there are too many people around and with all that pushing and crying to get the strength is not very healthy for others. So I can imagine that you will not be the person to stay around and get infected.

If you are the one I think you are than the way to do it is to look for another activity that you can do from home or near your home. So I recommend you to go to this site and see what I am talking about.
