Living A Healthier Lifestyle
The other day I found an interesting article about how to live healthier. A recipe known for hundreds of years and that no doctor will prescribe you in his office.
These products were used long before the pharmaceutical industry was working. The best of it is that they were used very effectively for lots of illnesses.
Did you know that there are some essential oils that are used to prevent certain illnesses, ease pain and stress, and live healthier?
According to Dr. Adria Schmedthorst they can help boost your immune system, improve breathing, and disinfect your home naturally an even fight off cold and flu viruses. But the thing is that no doctor will give you a prescription for essential oils.
The good thing is that they do not have the side effects that those doctor’s prescriptions have.
That’s why for everyone who is looking for a better and healthier living and also more naturally there are some oils to have in your home.
What are these special oils?
- Lavender essential oil
- Peppermint essential oil
- Lemon essential oil
- Tea tree essential oil
- Chamomile essential oil
What do you have to look for when shopping your essential oils?
- Certified organic oils
- 100% pure oil
I don’t know but there is a lot of talking about is sitting unhealthy for your body and should you stay more time on your feet.
I don’t know about you but I do not favor the same idea. When you were standing a few hours on your feet you get more exhausted and you will have more pain than sitting the whole day. I feel that your back part is more suitable for sitting than your legs for standing, don’t you agree.
A recent study at The Institute for Work and Health in Canada shows that standing harms your health in a hidden and more dangerous way…
It doubles your risk for heart disease – putting your health right on par with someone who smokes or suffers from obesity.
That doesn’t sound very good at all. So in that case I would recommend a standing/sitting desk that will be more comfortable because when you get tired you can sit, that is a great idea indeed.
Some people agree that standing on your desk the whole day might not be better than sitting. So, in case you have aimed your thought on a standing desk, think twice and read the article below:
